In simple terms, look into the word â€Å"Information Technology† we find two words, â€Å"Information† and â€Å"Technology† where information means processing the data in an organized way and technology refers to using electronics machines or systems to complete the work in simple ways. Attributes of Good Information: †¢ Information should be accurate and relevant. †¢ It must be communicated within the allotted time. †¢ Maintain information Up-to-date. †¢ Easy to understand †¢ Information should be consistent and reliable. Attributes of Good Technology: †¢ It is entirely based on human knowledge. †¢ Uses tools, materials, and systems. †¢ Developed to help humankind. At present, â€Å"Information Technology (IT) is a very essential part of our life. The processing of data is done by a computer with the help of hardware and software technology. â€Å"Information Technology has become a major driving force in many organizations† . To sell their products and services successfully these organizations require IT applications. For example, Companies are utilizing the internet for transferring data faster and performing different exercises to accomplish productivity.
